"This is such a blessing," said Cooper.  "Now I can buy my baby everything that I couldn't buy for Christmas!" 

She purchased her winning ticket at Magnolia Supermarket on Simon Boliver Avenue in New Orleans. 

According to Cooper, she has previously won $500 playing Pick 3.
