Jonathan Bailey recently nabbed the last top prize of $11,000 Aces! "I had three scratch-offs and I scratched this one last," Jonathan recalled. "When I saw that I won, it's like I went blind for 30 seconds!" Once the winner recovered from the shock, he immediately ran to tell his girlfriend, who was equally surprised.
