Contest Description:
Louisiana residents who are at least 21 years of age are invited to enter the Lottery's Southern 7s promotion, consisting of a creative photo contest and raffle for prizes.
How to Enter:
Beginning Monday, June 12, eligible participants are invited to post a photo of an object, landscape or person/s resembling a 7 taken somewhere in Louisiana. Posts may be submitted via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entries must include the hashtag #7scratchoff and be publicly viewable. Participants are allowed to place multiple entries in each social platform.Entries may be submitted electronically via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram before 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 18. No entries will be accepted in person, by mail or through any other method. No purchase is necessary to submit an entry for the promotion.Inappropriate or offensive comments or photos will be deleted and not considered as entries.
Prizes:
Lottery staff will choose the five most creative photos to win a Southern 7s prize package including:
Prizes have no cash value. In the unlikely event the Lottery is unable to fulfill a stated prize due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize(s) of equal or greater value will be substituted at the Lottery's sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Five creative winners will be selected based on originality of their submitted photos to win a Creative Prize Package. These photos will be used for advertising the game and will be shared on the Lottery's social media pages.An additional five winners will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries to win a Raffle Prize Package.All winners will be notified via a post on the Lottery's social media accounts and by direct message on the social platform on which they posted their entry by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 19.The winners have two business days after any form of attempted communication by the Lottery to verify their eligibility status or their prize will be forfeited; the Lottery may, at its discretion, assign an alternate winner in those cases.

Contest entrants agree their photo does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any person or entity, and that their photo is their sole, exclusive work.
All participants entering this contest agree to grant the Louisiana Lottery royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive rights to display, distribute, reproduce, modify and create derivative works of the entries for any purpose, trade, advertising, promotional or otherwise and in any electronic, print or other media (now existing or subsequently developed) the Lottery chooses, now or at any time in the future, should their entry be selected as a contest winner. In addition, all entrants agree to participate in the Lottery's publicity efforts in conjunction with this contest, including but not limited to photo publication.
The Louisiana Lottery will not be required to pay any additional costs or seek additional approval in connection with such aforementioned uses. Once submitted, all entries become the property of the Louisiana Lottery.
