Westwego resident Keith Galmiche claimed a $200,000 top prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's New Orleans Regional Office from a Gold Rush scratch-off ticket.
"I was so excited when I saw I won that my heart skipped a beat!" said Galmiche, who said he plans to purchase a new vehicle with his winnings. Galmiche purchased his winning scratch-off from Wego Texaco on Westbank Expressway in Westwego.
