| Calling their win "overwhelming," Mr. and Mrs. Carl Delamar claimed a $200,000 prize at the Louisiana Lottery Corporation's Shreveport office from the Sept. 28 Powerball drawing. The Delamars, from Arkadelphia, Ark., had a winning ticket that matched five of six numbers drawn to win their prize. Carl Delamar purchased the winning ticket at Plain Dealing 66, which will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. |
